Margrethe Alnes

Margrethe Alnes is an adviser and grant programme coordinator at the Norwegian Barents Secretariat, which aims to develop Norwegian–Russian relations in the north through the promotion and funding of Norwegian–Russian collaborations. Alnes is responsible for coordinating the Secretariat’s grant programme and for the BarentsKult financing programme, which focuses on contributing to the realisation of professional art and culture projects in the Norwegian and Russian areas in the Barents Region. www.barents.no
